Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. The funds on this Online Learning System are collected by the Shreveport Bar Association (“SBA”).

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the SBA Online Learning System (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, sic number on the back of your card and your personal identifiers billing address. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

 

You agree to pay for all services and products you purchase through the SBA Online Learning System and that the SBA may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase. Your total price will include the price of the service or product plus any applicable tax. All sales are final including tickets to events.

 

You agree to waive any charge-back rights and in the event of a dispute. Requests for any refund must be submitted in writing no less than 15 days prior to the ticketed event. The refund requests must be received timely by mail to Shreveport Bar Association, 625 Texas Street, Shreveport, LA 71101, or fax (318) 222-9272. Refund requests must include all order documentation in accordance with standard policy of the credit card company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability or cancellation, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or any other unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
